All Saint Veyn products are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS (if you’ve opted in). Shipping times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates only.
Saint Veyn is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Orders that have already entered production or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can work toward a resolution.

Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags and packaging.
Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected.
Saint Veyn reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
